For most European and North American countries, we implement a free shipping policy. Free shipping does not include Asian, African and South American countries where customers pay extra shipping.

★If you want to return it Within 15 days, Please keep the item in original condition, factory condition, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. Items have been used or washed is not allowed to return any more.
★What does "returned in the original condition" mean?
This means the hair extensions have:
1) Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached or worn.
2) Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.
