☀ Item not received:
 ★Delivery on the way:
1.Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .
2.The delivery status has been stagnant for a long time: If the parcel status is stagnant for a long time, we sincerely recommend that you contact your local DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT/USPSto check it out, and we will find out to our shipping agent what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the package is delivered successfully.
 ★Unsuccessful delivery:
1.If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused
2.If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund. Item not as described: You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 15 days if you are not satisfied with the item.

15 Days No Reason to Return / Refund
a) If you want to return an item without any quality problem for exchange within 15 days once it is received, please send an email to this email address: service@oqhair.com .And please with your order number return entitled, we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee . Return/refund for quality problem Please send us an email with your order number entitled if the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.
b) If the package is not delivered to you because the address you provided is incomplete, we will not be liable for this loss.
c) If the courier company lost the parcel or the logistics did not send the courier to the correct place, we can resend the parcel to you or refund the full amount of your merchandise.

☀Kindly reminder:
★If you want to return it Within 15 days, Please keep the item in original condition, factory condition, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. Items have been used or washed is not allowed to return any more.
★What does "returned in the original condition" mean?
This means the hair extensions have:
1) Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached or worn.
2) Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.

Precautions
1) If you want to return within 15 days, please keep the original condition of the item, and the items that have been used or washed cannot be returned. (All returned items should be sent in their original condition and package.Products must be unwashed, conditioning, installed, colored or bleached)
2) Should I contact you before Return My Parcel?
Yeah, sweetie, we will add notes to your order before package being returned, so please do not return the parcel before contacting us.You must send us an email before we can return our merchandise. We do not accept shipments directly.
3) Products purchased during the promotion and during the price reduction period are not refundable.
4) The shipping cost of the return is borne by you, or we can deduct the return shipping cost directly from your refund.
5) If your goods are worth more than £60 or $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance, as we do not guarantee that you will receive your returned merchandise.The goods are your responsibility until they arrive at us, please make sure they are safely packed to avoid damage on the way.

☀Order Cancelling: We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extension.
